Gift voucher instructions:
Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirming your gift voucher. We recommend either printing this email to give to your recipient or forwarding it directly to them. Your recipient can then email us at info@animatedphysio.co.uk with their name, your name (as the purchaser), and the details of the voucher they received. Our admin team will be happy to apply the voucher to their account or assist in redeeming it for an appointment.
