From Bump back to You: Postnatal Pilates & Recovery Course
This course will take you through 4 Pilates-based exercise sessions, helping you:
- Reduce aches & pains from lifting & holding your little one
- Improve pelvic floor strength
- Restore your core (including if you’ve had a C-Section or have diastasis recti)
Our final 4 week course starts on Thursday 7th March at 10:45am, and thanks to funding, is free for you to attend.
