Foundations – Single
1 CLASS PER WEEK
A flexible, open plan, perfect for beginners! This membership provides access to a single class each week, across each month. Bookings can be made on any Foundations or Mixed class, at any location, as long as space permits. Pre-booking of classes will be required in order to secure a spot each week, credits reset on 1st of each month and cannot be rolled over. This membership can be cancelled at the end of any month.

Foundations – Double
2 CLASSES PER WEEK
A flexible, open plan saving you £25, perfect for those who want to train more! This membership provides access to 2 classes each week, across each month. Bookings can be made on any Foundations or Mixed class, at any location, as long as space permits. Pre-booking of classes will be required in order to secure a spot each week, credits reset on 1st of each month and cannot be rolled over. This membership can be cancelled at the end of any month.

Foundations – Triple
3 CLASSES PER WEEK
A flexible, open plan saving you £50, for those who really want to throw themselves into training! This membership provides access to 3 classes each week, across each month. Bookings can be made on any Foundations or Mixed class, at any location, as long as space permits. Pre-booking of classes will be required in order to secure a spot each week, credits reset on 1st of each month and cannot be rolled over. This membership can be cancelled at the end of any month.
Kids Classes (UK)
Kids + Family Mixed (Sun, 10.30am)

AGE: Kids aged 7-15* LEVEL: Foundations, suitable for kids at Level 1+2, and those exploring light sparring. Physical Literacy, Discipline, and Mindfulness, all tied up in one neat little package and presented through the most beautiful of focuses: The Sword! *Parents are also welcome to train alongside their hero's, simply purchase this plan again on your own account.
