On the 01.02.25 CFG are hosting a Team marathon in aid of Baby loss awareness with all proceeds going to the charity “Tommys”.

As many of you may know, in 2024 myself and partner Al were so excited to welcome our daughter into the world who was due at the beginning of March. Devastatingly, at 35 weeks and 2 days, we received then news that our baby no longer had a heartbeat. Al then gave birth to our beautiful girl Penny Pearl Brackenridge on the 02.02.24. It was and still is an utterly heart breaking time for us all. It is so important for us to celebrate our daughters legacy, and in doing so raising awareness and money for charity’s who are working to make a change in pregnancy and baby loss.

In a team of 4 you will complete a marathon between you. The marathon will be split between bike erg, ski erg, row erg and running. Each domain must complete 6.55 miles / 10.542 meters, you can split the work however you want between your team. Every hour on the hour, 6 teams will start the event. Start time TBC and allocated.

Don’t worry if you feel you cannot participate but want to still get involved, we still have:
- An online raffle before the event with amazing prizes to be won!
- A cake sale on the day!
- Pop up drinks by The Secret Garden!
- Pop up Paella by Sean Lee!
