CSC In-House Throwdown

Team CSC competitions

The next in-house throwdown will be hosted at the box on Saturday, 20th of August! 

Participants will be seeded through 3 workouts to be completed before the event (more information will be provided in due course). Once seeding is complete, you will be partnered up with 2 other Team CSC members based on their seeding workouts and ability (this will be mixed-sex groups)

This is done to level out the playing field, while also giving you a chance to meet new members within the box!

Once you’ve signed up, make sure you’re on BoxMate to track your seeding workout and get any additional information. If you’re not yet on BoxMate, seek out a coach for help! 

Entry to the competition is £20 per individual and can be purchased on TeamUp!

Please note this competition is limited to current members of Central Staffs CrossFit.
