Coaches Cup.
This year to make the comp more fun and accessible to everyone, we are mixing it up. This year the coaches are taking part and being team captains.
Teams will have up to 10 in each with a Team Captain as 1 of the 10.
There will be several workouts happening some may involve the whole Team, others may involve just parts of the Team to take part.
The winning Team will have bragging rights!
There will be food coming from the Pizza Man that was at here at the Staffs Cup
