Schedule:

  • Tuesday & Thursday — 8:00pm–9:00pm

  • Sunday — 1:00pm–3:00pm

Women-Only Sparring:

  • Saturday — 11:00am–12:00pm

Please note: All sessions are non-refundable. We operate a strict 7-day cancellation policy for membership cancellations, and a 24-hour cancellation policy for class bookings. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

    This membership gives access or discounts to selected classes or events from the date of purchase and lasts for 1 month. It can’t be transferred to another person and isn’t adjusted if you buy it after the start date. Some classes or events may be excluded, please check details before buying.
