Pilates For Dance Conditioning For Teens

These apparatus-based Pilates sessions are designed for teens aged 13 and up, focusing on refining dance technique. With core strengthening, flexibility, and muscle control, dancers will improve performance at an advanced level. Emphasis is placed on alignment, balance, and breath control to enhance body awareness, posture, and coordination. These classes help fine-tune muscle engagement, boost endurance, and reduce injury risk—equipping teens to dance with confidence.
