Pilates for Young Dancers

This Pilates Mat class is designed specifically for young dancers aged 7 and above. Pilates offers a powerful method of body conditioning, building core strength, flexibility, and control—essential for improving dance performance. The classes will focus on alignment, balance, and precision, helping dancers improve posture, coordination, and muscle engagement. These techniques will allow dancers to move with more grace and fluidity while reducing the risk of injury. Pilates is a wonderful complement to any dance routine, supporting young dancers in reaching their full potential on stage and beyond.
