Up and running - beginner couch to 5k

Absolute beginners running class. Couch to 5K. 

Start from a walk and slowly build week by week to a jog, run walk and work towards a 5k run.  Twice weekly with WhatsApp group support.  If you can't make a session, we will give you the run and the route to catch up in your own time.  

For improvers, come a long and learn tips and tricks from seasoned run coach Steph and build your confidence and reduce your 5k time. 

All welcome, buggies too. Meet at the gym for an iInclusive, supportive run on a Thursday and Sunday.  .
