Class Description:
Join us for a comprehensive self-defense workshop designed to equip you with practical skills for real-world situations. Led by experienced Tae Kwon Do practitioner and instructor MaRyea Jennings, this class goes beyond the basics to provide you with essential techniques and strategies to enhance your personal safety.

In this class, you'll learn:
Situational awareness: Develop the ability to recognize and avoid potential threats before they escalate.
Defense against common attacks: Learn effective techniques to defend against chokeholds, wrist grabs, and other common assailant grips.
Falling safely: Discover how to protect yourself when falling to minimize the risk of injury in various scenarios.
