Be Strong - Flex (Semi-Private Training)
With this membership you have access to a personalized workout program designed by a certified personal trainer, based on your goals and needs. Your program will be delivered to you via an easy to use app. Your coach will support you along the way with guidance and accountability. You also have access to two semi-private training session and one group training session per week, as well as community events and pop-up classes.
