This membership entitles you to join a total of four classes over 1 month in BOTH our DUBLIN and BLACKLION Studios. You may book the same classes each week, or you can mix it up according to your own schedule. Please only book into classes at your own level. THE IMPORTANT INFO

This membership is a SUBSCRIPTION, meaning you will be billed every month on the same date as the purchase was made e.g. if you purchase on the 21st of January you will be billed on the 21st of February, 21st of March, etc. Any unused credits after the end of the month may not be carried over or refunded.

This membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment and has a 28-day notice period for cancellation or downgrade of the membership. You must give 28 days' notice via email if you wish to cancel or downgrade your membership after the mandatory period of 3 months has elapsed. Incomplete/prorated months do not count towards the 3 month total.

BENEFITS

Chrome monthly members may also avail of ONE COMPLIMENTARY session of flexibility or open training/rent-a-pole per month. Monthly plan members will also be able to avail of a discount on drop-in classes, allowing them to purchase extra classes for just €17 each.

Within the first week of each calendar month, you will receive an email with the discount codes for your complimentary class(es) and your discount on drop-in classes. These benefits are complimentary and do not form part of your purchase.

House of Pole Ireland reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Memberships and class credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. House of Pole Ireland reserves the right to amend their timetable at any time and also to cancel any classes which don't meet minimum required numbers to run. In the event that you are booked onto a class that gets cancelled, your credit will be returned to you and you can book into an alternative class. We will do our utmost to minimise class cancellations and schedule disruptions. 

Complimentary classes are offered at House of Pole Ireland’s absolute discretion and do not form part of your purchase. By purchasing this membership you agree to these terms and conditions.

BOOKING POLICY

All classes are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Classes purchased as a "drop-in" single use class, special events such as workshops, and credits from class packs and memberships are included in this policy.

The 24-hour cancellation window means, if you are booked onto a class, you need to give 24 hours notice in order to rearrange the class and recover the credit. Any late cancellations (those within 24 hours of the class start time) will result in the credit being forfeited.

To rearrange your class, you must first unregister from the class you originally booked and then book an alternative class that suits you. This can be done by the customer if there is more than 24 hours between the deregistration and the start time of the class. You do not need to immediately book into another class. Rebooking can be done at a later time as long as you use all your credits before the end of the term for which they were purchased.

If you try to rebook your class less than 24 hours before the class start time, you will lose your credit. It will be forfeited. This policy is in place for all students and classes.

Some classes may fill up quickly so booking ahead is advised. We do have a waitlist in place so we ask that you unbook yourself from any class you cannot attend to make space for those on the waitlist.

Upgrades & Downgrades & Studio Change

The customer may contact us via email in order to upgrade/downgrade their membership plan. For upgrades, it can be decided by the customer whether it will come into effect immediately (i.e. the customer will pay now and reap the benefits of extra credits for the remainder of the month) the upgrade can be scheduled to coincide with the next payment date, so it will be a single payment and the customer will get all of their credits together.

Downgrades are treated as cancellations and require a 28-day notice period to come into effect. 

The customer can change the membership from one studio location to the other by emailing House of Pole Ireland. Alternatively, customers can upgrade to a Dual-Studio Membership which costs an extra €10 per month and allows the customer to use their class credits between both studios.

Holidays & Pausing Memberships

House of Pole Ireland does not allow for pausing memberships. The best way to handle holidays is either, to use up the credits on the weeks of the month that the customer is present, or to cancel the membership in advance of a long holiday (with minimum 28 days’ notice as outlined above).

Failed Autopays & Late Payments

As House of Pole Ireland uses software and banking systems to make class and membership system possible, a €10 fee for late payments and/or failed autopays will be incurred. Late payments or failed autopays will be charged at €10 per transaction and a €20 fee will be added to any payment that is past 10 days due. This is to cover the penalties imposed on House of Pole by the banking system for failed transactions.

Members Only Discounts

Members Only discount codes are for use by current members only. Should the customer end their membership, any discount codes which apply to members cannot be used after the date of membership expiration. Any members only discount codes used by non-members are liable to repay the difference, or to have their booking cancelled.
