Aerial Hoop Improvers - BLACKLION STUDIO

This class is for people who have dipped their toes into the world of aerial hoop and are looking to level up to move intermediate moves and combinations.

You will be in a supportive group environment of fellow improvers where you will learn the moves, poses and transitions that make up the essentials of aerial hoop. Your teacher will lead you in a group warm-up of conditioning and flexibility exercises to help prepare you for the moves in class. Our instructors are there to demonstrate, assist and guide you through the basics of lyra in a fun and relaxed way that is sure to leave you smiling.

Pre-requisites: At least 2 terms (8 weeks) of Aerial Hoop Beginner classes (either in HOP or elsewhere).

Please bring:  Comfortable clothing that you can move in. Leggings and a top with a warm layer for the warm up is advised. A bottle of water to stay hydrated is recommended.

 

VERY IMPORTANT: This course must meet minimum numbers before it goes ahead. In the case you register for a course that does not meet the minimum number required, you will be offered a transfer to another course or a refund.

Course Cancellation Policy: All of our courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are available for the duration of the course in order to avoid disappointment. Any missed classes can be recovered through attending a Flexibility class ONLY. There are no make-up classes for aerial hoop apart from Flexibility class. This class must be attended WITHIN the four weeks of your course, and cannot be taken after the course period has ended.

Class cancellation Policy: All classes booked via membership are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means, if you are booked onto a class, you need to give 24hours notice in order to rearrange the class and recover the credit. Recovery of credits must happen INSIDE your membership period ONLY. Recovery of credits and the rebooking of classes are the responsibility of the client. Any late cancellations (those within 24 hours of the class start time) will result in the credit being forfeited. Drop-in classes and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Important: House of Pole reserves the right to amend the timetable at any time and to cancel any classes which don't meet minimum required numbers to run. In the event that you are booked onto a class that gets cancelled, your credit will be returned to you and you can book into an alternative class. We will do our utmost to minimise class cancellations and schedule disruptions.
