The trial is an opportunity to come in and train as frequently as you like for 6 weeks.

The trial is £120 for the 6 weeks.

You will be asked to come in for a baseline session where you’ll sit down with Steve or Joe and we’ll go through some movement patterns and goal setting.

Once you've completed the trial, you will have the option to sign up to a full time membership relating to your application throughout the trial.
