Beginners Pole Dance (Level 1) **For New Starters**

A four week course for those who are Total Beginners to Pole Dance, or have had little previous experience and would like to start again at a base level to rebuild strength and technique, to improve their performance whilst learning a detailed catalogue of moves including Spins, Flow movement around the Pole, Lifts, Poses, Holds, Transitions and Floorwork.

Our Beginners Pole Dance course is expertly planned with the expectation in mind that not all students will arrive with the level of muscular development to lift their own body weight straight away, and we use a carefully designed programme of conditioning and strength building techniques to progress our participants' level of fitness along with their Pole Dance ability. We tailor our classes to the individual needs of each and every student, and focus on the journey of each participant uniquely to ensure their progression is matched to their needs and abilities.

We recommend our Beginners Pole Dance Course as a suitable starting discipline for all Students, including those who have been out of exercise for an extended period of time, or who feel they need to build their fitness level from a very basic point.
