This is your chance to see what we’re all about: friendly faces, fun movement, a supportive community… and yes, there’s always time for a cuppa after.
You don’t need to bring anything except yourself and your little one (or come without) — we provide everything else you’ll need.
You must be at least 6 weeks postnatal to attend.
We welcome all injuries, ailments, and abilities.
When you arrive, your instructor will have a quick chat with you to check in and make sure you feel comfortable.
Need to cancel your taster? No problem - just rebook for another date whenever you're ready.
➡️ You must pre-book your class to attend. If your preferred session is full, add yourself to the waiting list—we often have last-minute changes (thanks, sleepless nights!).
