💙 Pilates Block – 6 Credits for £75 Flexibility meets feel-good movement - use when it suits you.
This 6-credit block gives you access to both our Adult-only evening Pilates sessions. Designed for all ages and stages - whether you’re pregnant, postnatal, returning to movement, or simply want to feel stronger, more balanced, and more mobile.
Our Pilates classes are slower-paced, deeply effective, and focus on core strength, posture, pelvic floor support, balance, and full-body mobility.
Expect slower-paced, targeted sessions with expert guidance to support your from your toes, through to you pelvic floor, core, neck and shoulders - all in a calm and inviting space taught by our Pilates expert Beth.
