This gives you the opportunity to come and try a free taster class. You do not need to bring anything other than yourself and your kiddie whilst we provide the rest.
You must be at least 6 weeks postnatal to attend class. We cater for all injuries, ailments and abilities, when you arrive your instructor will have a chat with you to go through everything and catch up with you.
This free week is non transferable to another person, can not be exchanged for a monetary value.
You must pre-book into class to attend, if the class shows a waiting list please still add yourself as mums drop out all the time (sleepless nights are a killer!)
