This is for 6 MummaBfit class sessions.These session can be used as and when you like, subject to class availability.
Any class can booked and attend; however should you need to cancel your space this must be CANCELLED 1 hour before class starting to regain a credit back. Failing to show or cancel will result in the class being lost.
If booked onto a waiting list and a space does not become available the credit will be returned.
Mums must be at least 6 weeks postnatal to join, bring with you any number of children are welcome to come along, toys provided for all with no age limit on kiddies.
Sessions are up tp 90minutes long (vary depending on location) and integrated with normal MummaBfit classes. The exercise lasts between 30-45 min followed by social time.
