This membership gives you access to BOTH our weekly Mum & Baby day time Pilates classes and our Evening Classes.
All designed specifically for postnatal recovery, core reconnection, Stamina, Core Strengthen, Posture, Balance and Stability and full-body strength - kiddies are welcome to our day time classes only.
Expect slower-paced, targeted sessions with expert guidance to support your from your toes, through to you pelvic floor, core, neck and shoulders - all in a calm, baby-friendly and inviting space.
