MINIMUM PAYMENT PERIOD
*All memberships are subject a minimum payment period of three months.
*Once this period is over, payments will continue on a monthly rolling basis.

HOW CAN I PAY MY MEMBERSHIP
*Payments are taken via STRIPE on the 1st & 15th each month.
*Members can review and change payment details within their TEAM UP account.
*Monthly fees are payable even if you chose not to use the academy.?


HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
*We require a minimum 1 month cancellation notice. Members can cancel their membership anytime via their TEAM UP account


We reserve the right to ask any child to leave class/STOP TRAINING AT THE CLUB, who is; disrupting the class,
being un-safe misbehaving &
THOSE WHO WE FEEL THAT ARE UNSUITABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES.

HOW CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP
*Requests are to be sent in writing via email to aswliverpool2020@gmail.com (please don’t call, text or DM us on Instagram etc).
* All membership freezes will incur a £15 administration fee.
*Should you cancel your membership (subject to our one month cancellation period) and rejoin at a later date, there will be a £15 administration fee applied upon sign-up.
* If your membership is not reactivated within THREE MONTHS your membership will be cancelled and you will need to pay £15 administration sign-up fee if you’d like to re-join.
