6 week beginners pole course

Join us for an absolute beginners pole course. No strength, flex or fitness needed. We teach you everything slowly and with fundamentals that will get you ready to progress.

 

You'll be shown basic pole moves as well and working on strength and flexibility and some dynamic dance movements and spins.

Be warned you may become very addicted! Please note this course is a one off payment and is non refundable/transferable. If you cannot make any of the dates that is also non refundable and non transferable.

You will need dance kneepads for the 3rd week onwards. Grip aid is available to buy from the studio.

Please bring a bottle of water and a small sweat cloth/towel. 

Please make sure your skin is free from moisturisers/tanning products and oils etc as you will not be able to grip the pole. Please wear shorts under your warm up gear as you will need leg grip.

Please remove all rings wrist jewellery/watches including smart watches and Oura rings

Meta glasses are not permitted in the studio and recording without prior consent is also forbidden.

This is a safe space for women. There is free parking around the studio Please be mindful of residents driveways and park considerably.
