Movement on the Mat is a class designed to Strengthen, Mobilize the spine and joints, releasing muscles to realign your posture.
Any equipment or props that are being used are well-maintained and are in good working order.

This membership entitles you to 1 class per week in the school term times ONLY. By signing up to this membership, you are receiving 78 classes over the space of a year. Payment is spread out to make this easier and you will be charged each month (including the summer holidays).

Each class equates to £11.07 with a yearly cost of £865.00 and a monthly fee of £72.00

    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 12 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
