Late Birthday Project (LBP), a groundbreaking elite football academy, is looking for the best young players with birthdays between January and August only.
LBP combats the significant Relative Age Effect in elite youth football, by allowing talented younger players to flourish without the influence of older, bigger boys from their year groups.
LBP has had great success already and players from their academies in Surrey and Sussex have gone on to sign for Chelsea, Fulham, AFC Wimbledon, Brighton and Aldershot Town.
