Late Birthday Project (LBP), a groundbreaking elite football academy, is looking for the best young players from Surrey and Sussex born between March and August only*.
LBP combats the significant Relative Age Effect in elite youth football, by allowing talented younger players to flourish without the influence of older, bigger boys from their year groups.
