Payment is taken upfront in full at the point of sign-up.
All prepay memberships are non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind, change in personal circumstances, or relocation.
Memberships cannot be paused or frozen for holidays, travel, work commitments, or short-term illness.
Extensions will only be considered for genuine medical reasons — specifically where a doctor or qualified medical professional has advised you cannot train. Written confirmation from a medical professional will be required, and any extension granted will cover the period you are medically unable to train.
Outside of the medical exception above, no extensions will be given. Any unused sessions or weeks within your prepay period are forfeited and cannot be carried over.
Sessions cannot be transferred to another person.
