Private sound & reiki healing  sessions are great for people who would like a curated session designed to meet their needs. This is a great option for couples, friends, or family members. Comes out to $80/per person. This is a 105-minute experience is curated around a theme of your choice. 

We will begin with breathwork to help calm the nervous system and prepare the body for a sound bath. Healing instruments will be played to guide you into a deep, meditative, and mindful state. Sound frequencies are felt physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, making it a vulnerable experience that can be nourishing for the body and mind.

I will infused the session with reiki energy healing to add a layer of relaxation and cleansing of your energy centers. We will close with a guided meditation and/or group reflection. 

A yoga mat, weighted eye pillow, bolster, blanket, and blocks will be provided. Please bring a water bottle and dress in layers as the experience can cause a change in body temperature.
