Reiki is a powerful Japanese energy healing technique that promotes energetic balance, stress reduction, mental clarity, physical healing, and overall well-being. As universal life force energy flows through the guide's hands, it activates the body's natural healing abilities, dissolving energetic blockages and restoring harmony.

During this 90-minute private session, you'll remain fully clothed while lying comfortably on a heated table as I provide gentle touch (or hover if preferred) targeting your chakras (energy centers). I'll follow the Reiki with a sound journey.

Sound frequencies are felt physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, making it a vulnerable experience that can be nourishing for the body and mind. We'll close with a short reflection on your experience. 

Please bring a water bottle and dress in layers, as the experience can cause a change in body temperature.
