Reiki is a powerful Japanese energy healing technique that promotes energetic balance, stress reduction, mental clarity, physical healing, and overall well-being. As universal life force energy flows through the guide's hands, it activates the body's natural healing abilities, dissolving energetic blockages and restoring harmony.
During this 45-minute private session, you'll remain fully clothed while lying comfortably on a heated table as I provide gentle touch (or hover if preferred) targeting your chakras (energy centers). Many clients experience warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, see colors/memories, or fall asleep. Your main role is to be open to receiving this healing energy and trust the process. The energy knows where it needs to go.
I'll open the session by playing a Koshi chime as I guide you through breathwork to help calm your nervous system and ground your physical body. I'll play soothing music from my speaker during the session and will use crystals and feathers to cleanse/ground the body. I'll close with playing a different Koshi chime element and a quick check-in on what came up during the session.

Private sound healing sessions are great for people who would like a curated session designed to meet their needs/theme of their choice. You will lie on a heated treatment table with supportive props and will have the option to have instruments laid on your body as I play soothing vibrations.
We will begin with breathwork to help calm the nervous system and prepare the body for a sound bath. Healing instruments will be played to guide you into a deep meditative state. Sound frequencies are felt physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, making it a vulnerable experience that can be nourishing for the body and mind. We'll close with a short reflection on your experience.
Please bring a water bottle and dress in layers, as the experience can cause a change in body temperature.
