HELSTON: Adult pole course - level 1

Class details:
In this 1 hour pole session for adults, you’ll learn fundamental tricks, seats and spins. Example moves include the front hook spin, basic seat, climb, and chair spin. It’s perfect for complete beginners, as well as those with some pole experience who want to revisit and strengthen their foundation.

Our levels explained:
If you’re new to pole, you’ll start with level 1, our beginner course. Each course runs for 4 weeks, and after completing the level 1 course, you’ll move on to level 2 for the next 4 weeks, then level 3, and so on.
This structured progression helps both students and instructors keep track of the moves covered, and makes it easy for anyone joining to understand the level and content of each course.

Pricing:
Our 4 week courses costs £40 when booked in full, with 1 hour classes each week.

All classes require a minimum number of students to run, so if you’d like your favourite class to go ahead, be sure to book early. This helps us plan and confirm class numbers in advance.

T’s & C’s:

Please avoid using moisturiser or lotion on the day of your class, as it can make the poles slippery. Remember to bring a drink to stay hydrated, and ensure all jewellery and watches are removed before the class begins.

If you’re unable to attend a booked class, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If space is available, we may be able to offer a swap to another class of the same or lower level, or a practice session. However, this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Please note: all sessions must be used within the 4 week course they were purchased for and cannot be carried over to future blocks.
