Class details:If you’ve been admiring our choreography videos and have been hesitant to join because you’re new to it, now is the perfect time to jump in!This welcoming and empowering class designed for all levels; from beginners to those with experience. In this course, you’ll learn the fundamental moves and techniques of choreo, all while building strength, flexibility, and confidence.Over the course of four weeks, you’ll explore a different dance style each week; pole flow, floor work, chair dance, and pole tricks.We welcome absolute beginners, so there’s no need for prior dance or pole experience, and you don’t need to worry about having perfect coordination or dance skills.Through a series of easy-to-follow routines and drills, you’ll explore the fluidity of pole flow, enhance your coordination, and have fun while dancing to the beat. No experience is needed - just bring your energy, an open mind, and a desire to move! Whether you’re looking to try something new or challenge yourself in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, this class will help you discover the joy of pole dance at your own pace.❤️ What to wear: whatever you feel comfortable in. This can just be your normal gym wear, or you may like to dress up ❤️ Heels optional: there are no need for heels, but you are very welcome to wear them if you have them already. These must pole specific heels (i.e Pleasers, Hella Heels etc), no other heels please❤️ For floor routines in particular, knee pads are essential. We do have a couple of pairs available to borrow in the studio if you’d like to try them out before buying your ownPricing:Our 4 week courses costs £50 when booked in full, with 1 hour classes each week.If spaces are available, you can also attend on a pay-as-you-go basis at £14 per session.To book a drop in or PAYG class (instead of the full course), once logged in scroll down on this page and click the ‘Details’ button next to your chosen date. If spaces are available, you’ll see the option to purchase a ‘Single Session Registration’ - this allows you to attend just that one class.All classes require a minimum number of students to run, so if you’d like your favourite class to go ahead, be sure to book early. This helps us plan and confirm class numbers in advance.T’s & C’s:Please avoid using moisturiser or lotion on the day of your class, as it can make the equipment slippery. Remember to bring a drink to stay hydrated, and ensure all jewellery and watches are removed before the class begins.If you’re unable to attend a booked class, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If space is available, we may be able to offer a swap to another choreo class if we have one running. However, this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.Please note: all sessions must be used within the 4 week course they were purchased for and cannot be carried over to future blocks.Address:Our address is Unit 2, Pool Business Park, Pool, TR15 3QW.
