Adult hoop course - level 14 & 18

Class details:
This course is suitable for those who have completed level 13 or 17, or anyone with previous hoop experience - either with us or elsewhere - who has reached a similar level. 

Our levels explained:
If you’re new to hoop, you’ll start with level 1, our beginner course. Each course runs for 4 weeks, and after completing the level 1 course, you’ll move on to level 2 for the next 4 weeks, then level 3, and so on.
This structured progression helps both students and instructors keep track of the moves covered, and makes it easy for anyone joining to understand the level and content of each course.

Pricing:
Our 4 week courses costs £40 when booked in full, with 1 hour classes each week.
If spaces are available, you can also attend on a pay-as-you-go basis at £12.50 per session.

To book a drop in or PAYG class (instead of the full course), once logged in scroll down on this page and click the ‘Details’ button next to your chosen date. If spaces are available, you’ll see the option to purchase a ‘Single Session Registration’ - this allows you to attend just that one class.

All classes require a minimum number of students to run, so if you’d like your favourite class to go ahead, be sure to book early. This helps us plan and confirm class numbers in advance.

T’s & C’s:

Please avoid using moisturiser or lotion on the day of your class, as it can make the equipment slippery. Remember to bring a drink to stay hydrated, and ensure all jewellery and watches are removed before the class begins.

If you’re unable to attend a booked class, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If space is available, we may be able to offer a swap to another class of the same or lower level, or a practice session. However, this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Please note: all sessions must be used within the 4 week course they were purchased for and cannot be carried over to future blocks.

Our address is Unit 2, Pool Business Park, Pool, TR15 3QW. You’ll find us just across the road from Tesco Extra in Pool, Redruth - please note, it’s not the entrance with the Click & Collect service.

When you arrive, park along the road as you enter the industrial estate. Then walk through the gates towards The Fire Place - we’re two units to the left.
