Development of their agility, balance and coordination skills.
Through the use of large low bouncing balls, small rackets and a small court we start to develop a basic understanding of the technical and tactical requirements associated with good tennis.
Sessions will focus on creating the foundations for an excellent serve, forehand and backhand.
