Summer Holidays Athlete Performance Camp @ The Lab

Week 1 - 28th, 29th & 30th July

Week 2 - 4th, 5th & 6th August

Week 3 - 11th, 12th & 13th August

Training doesn't have to stop while you have a break from school. Advance Performance are hosting a 3-day camp event. Our performance camps are designed to help athletes learn the fundamentals that drive sporting performance. Get stronger, faster and more powerful, to help you perform in your sport.

On our Performance Camp you can expect a variety of fun structured warm up games including, but not limited to, dodgeball, football tennis, and volleyball. Athletes will engage in flavours of parkour and freestyle gymnastics alongside opportunities to test their performance levels. Each session will also include strength training and learning how to lift, plyometric training and power training, all to aide your athlete to become the best they can be!

Camp dates and times:

10am - 2pm each day

 

Attend 1, 2 or all 3 days of the camp depending on your schedule!
