Foundations/Beginners Workshop

This is a workshop for newcomers to CrossFit, wanting a taste of what CrossFit is all about, or wanting to learn the skills needed to join our daily sessions.

We will go through the nine foundational movements of CrossFit at a relaxed pace, as well as the fundamentals behind CrossFit which make it such a fun and positive way to improve your fitness and health.
