A 30 minute Sports Massage session, that will concentrate on 1, possibly 2 areas. Perfect for anyone who is new to Sports Massage or needs help with a specific area.
Sports Massage is a deep tissue massage that helps to loosen tight muscles as well as breaking down adhesions in muscle fibres. A sports massage has been shown to benefit your recovery from injuries or it can be used as part of your training programme in connection with a warm up or a cool down.
