4 Choreo Flow classes. Valid for 5 weeks from date of first class booked, so be sure to book classes in order. Book early to avoid disappointment.

This is a brand new choreo & flow class suitable for ALL LEVELS. Knee pads are recommended for this class, heels are optional.

Every week you will work on a short flow sequence, which will build up to a full choreo over the course of 4 weeks. Booking in 4 week blocks is ideal to get the most from these classes.
