This membership will give you unlimited access to our bespoke small group personal training sessions PLUS you can come along to any of our conditioning, mobility, yoga and open gym sessions for free!
What's more, you will get a 6-day-a-week program to follow on our unique coach and peer support app so whether you like to train 1,2,3 or more times per week you can follow our program in our open gym sessions (available between 6am-10pm Monday-Saturday). Our program provides you with video support and out chat function means you can connect with other members, ask for feedback on your form and have a coach and some cheerleaders in your pocket even when you are training on your own!
We are all about looking after your whole health and that's why we've designed a membership that allows you to access regular strength training without having to compromise on the health of your mind and your spirit too.
This membership works on a rolling monthly contract which can be canceled with one membership month's notice.
Please note our SGPT sessions are not suitable for anyone less than 9 months postnatal who hasn't trained with us before or 6 months if you have completed our rehab programming.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. Membership can be cancelled provided at least one membership months notice is given in writing (email) to SLAM.
