Our goal is to get you back doing whatever it is that you want to do. It doesn’t matter if that’s
being able to tie your shoes without pain or running up your nearest Munro. We will give you
the tools to get you back to yourself and more.
Initial consultations in physiotherapy comprise of:
- a full thorough assessment and case history of your injury,
- a physical examination and assessment relevant to your injury,
- diagnosis and treatment or rehabilitation appropriate for you and your goals,
- a plan of action and timeline for getting you better
Follow-up physiotherapy sessions comprise of:
- review of your injury since the last session,
- hands on treatment if required,
- changes to rehabilitation programme if required.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
