What Is Included In This Package?

1 Semi-Private Personal Training (SPPT) session each week
1 Team Training (TT) group session each week

Semi-Private Personal Training is a way for us to provide personalised, coached sessions in small groups without the large fees.

It allows us to also provide you with the knowledge on nutrition, that you need to apply for the other 23 hours in that day away from the gym.

We see personal trainers, who will only focus on you for that 1 hour you're training with them. We like to get your results from the other 23 hours, because that's where the best results are found! We will help you identify your eating habits, your triggers, pain points, etc. However, we won't just leave you there, we will give you strategies to implement every day, new ways of dealing with your eating habits, allowing you to create new ones.

You will be given exclusive access to a plethora of videos through our 'Content Library' section of our app. Allowing you take each step at your own pace, along with us giving you the occasional nudge to get it done!

This nutritional advice is going to be the key you've been missing in the past to achieve your goals. Think of the gym as the place you get stronger and the fat loss comes in the kitchen.

The training we provide in the studio is much more in depth than the usual gym classes that most have experienced. No more heading straight for the treadmill for an hour and dancing around a room with glow sticks! You will develop strength and improve your range of motion in these sessions, that you can take into your everyday life!
