My Gravity Kids Mixed Aerial

Our Kids programme is a carefully developed syllabus which allows the safe progress within each aerial discipline.  Each session is progressive from the previous one with the class emphasis on having fun and learning new skills.  The children will get the opportunity to learn moves and tricks on a range of aerial apparatus including Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks and Aerial Yoga.  The children will gain in confidence, build on their flexibility, core strength, join mobility, balance and co-ordination whilst having fun learning how to fly.
