Small Ball with “spikes” to stimulate the muscles and sensations wherever touched! Softer and slighty larger than a tennis ball but with addition of the stimulation from the spikes.
Useful for feedback and pressure point and/or myofascial release adaptations within a range of stretching, Pilates and Yoga based exercises.
They can be slightly squeezed to aid grip.
Ball measures 9cm/10cm.

Manufactured from PVC and do not contain latex.
