This discounted pack of 6 x 60 min sessions with Tanya at TDR Academy premises may use any range of services available or a combination depending on preferences and what is best for your reason for attending.For some more long standing issues, this is advised when first attending as most people need at least 3 sessions and maybe 5-8 sessions to make a more lasting difference with and treatments or exercise continuity.
The range of services to choose from are:
* Pain/Injury Assessment, Treatment & Rehabilitation - for acute and chronic injuries and conditions
* Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, Breath Work, Myofascial Release, Neural Mobilisation, Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping
* Sports Massage
* Relaxation Massage - You can choose from Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Swedish Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, General Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue Massage or Hopi Ear Candling.
* Personal Training Sessions for Body Management - You can choose from specific rehabilitation exercise prescription for an injury or for further progressive fitness/strength training, using any from: Pilates Matwork, Pilates Reformer & Large Equipment work, Yoga, Gymnastics or any other aspect of body conditioning.

Terms and Conditions
* This membership provides a pack of 6 x 60 minute appointment sessions with Tanya Ross at TDR Academy premises at a discounted rate compared to individual drop in payments.
* This pack expires after 12 months from the date of purchase and can only be used to book 60 minute appointments with Tanya.
* Our cancellation policy applies of a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the start time otherwise this is termed a late cancellation of which the full appointment fee, i.e. 1 pass from the 6, will be charged. If enough notice is given to enable the appointment to be filled, no charge will be applied.
* If unable to attend in person, online consultations via Zoom can be organised with at least 2 hours prior notice. Please text Tanya to arrange this if needed.
* Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable and non-refundable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
