Art of Slink Series

Want to embrace your sexy side but don't know where to start? Or, you've taken the leap but need some inspiration on what to explore next?

This is a 4 week course designed to introduce (or re-acquaint you) with the fundamentals of 'sexy'. We'll be delving deep into each of the below categories to build your pole & flow repertoire as well as confidence. Each week will include a warm up, strength & conditioning techniques, sequences & much more. Each class is 1.5 hours long.

Week 1 - Back to basics

Week 2 - Poise & posture

Week 3 - Hips

Week 4 - Slow Flow

 

This series is designed for you to progress fast in a small group of like minded people (8 people max).

No drop ins will be allowed once the series has started - this is a one off commitment to ensure you get the most out of it & are comfortable with the people around you.

Please wear shorts as knee grip maybe required & feel free to bring your pole shoes along with you* - if you bring shoes we will touch on technique but this series is accessible regardless of shoes or not.

It's also highly recommended you bring knee pads also.

*Shoes must be specifically designed for pole, such as Pleasers or Hella Heels.

Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the class start time & wait in the hallway until the instructor advises you to enter the studio. To ensure safety, all students must participate in a thorough warmup & if you miss the first 5 minutes of class you will be turned away - no exceptions.
