Our group sessions have an average of 6 participants per session 9Max of 8) and are taught by highly qualified and experienced teachers from our purpose Built Pilates Studio.

Our group sessions are kept small, giving the instructors the opportunity to work closely with each participant, we have an average of just 6 participants per session and all sessions are taught by our highly qualified and experienced instructors.
All classes are held in our fully equipped, purpose built, Pilates Studio, we provide mats and any additional equipment for the sessions.
We have plenty of onsite parking

Payments are requested on the 1st of each month.
