Pelvic Floor 6 week course.

Pelvic floor health isn't about just focusing on the pelvic floor. there are other areas of the body that will have a direct or indirect influence on the pelvic floor, having an affect on its function and over all health.

This course will give you the tools to improve and prevent pelvic floor dysfunctions.  You will learn how to build functional strength into your  pelvic floor muscles, making huge improvements to your continence, pelvic and lower back support, balance and flexibility.
