Our students are always asking us, "what's the best exercise I can do for my core when I'm at home?" Well we are going to show you! A full hour of core strengthening exercises that you can do at home, in the gym, at open pole..

Having a strong core is important for pole progression, flexibility and preventing injury. Becky is going to take you through some great exercises, helping you make the most of your workout with good technique and tips.

So whether your goal is to get that all elusive invert, gain an ab or two, improve your pole moves or just keep yourself out of injury's way, this workshop is for you.
