Intro to Pole

So you want to try Pole?

You do not need to be fit/flexible/thin/young/ (insert other excuse here) but you must want to:
- Try something new
- Laugh lots
- Meet new people
- Feel fitter
- Build confidence
- Feel healthier
- Invest in yourself
- Add a bit of excitement to your life

Are you willing to invest an hour a week for 5 weeks to focus on YOU?
Alongside other like minded women starting right from the beginning, you will learn a small, simple routine each week, building up to one longer routine on the final week.

You will learn:
- Basic Pole techniques
- Spins, tricks and transitions
- Flow
- Floorwork
- Easy choreography


Terms
If you are unable to attend a week you will loose that session. Courses are non refundable or transferable.
Max 2 per pole. New students only.
