Kate Edwards Guest Workshop: Grounded Hoop

Join Kate to learn how to use the hoop in a whole new way - in this workshop we will be working with hoops less than a metre off the floor to create beautiful rolls and seamless transitions - all building into a short piece of choreography. Suitable for all levels, you should have attended a minimum of 2 hoop lessons to attend.

Julie's Dance Studio, based in Sholing, Southampton, provides a safe and friendly environment for dance and fitness classes for children and adults alike. The studio offers a varied class timetable throughout the week, and over weekends. All instructors are appropriately qualified, insured, DBS checked and hold a First Aid certificate.
